CHANGES - East Lothian
CHANGES is a Community Health Project which promotes the positive wellbeing of people living in East Lothian.
CHANGES works with local people and professionals to develop initiatives and services to help people manage their stress.
CHANGES PROVIDES:

An Information Library - we respond to enquiries from local people and professionals about sources of support for people experiencing stress, depression, panic attacks, phobias and anxiety. You can borrow books, videos and relaxation tapes. |

Free short courses including How to Assert Yourself, Positive Wellbeing & Relaxation, Understanding Anger, Self Esteem, Relaxation and Stress at work. Free crèche and transport are provided as required. |

Self-help and Awareness Raising Groups for people who experience panic attacks, depression and anxiety. |

Courses for Men - CHANGES runs courses specifically for men, looking at issues around stress, depression, family, work etc. |

Annual Awareness Raising Event offering free workshops, guest speakers, lunch, crèche and information on a variety of topics to increase positive wellbeing. |

Outreach service - this service will help people who experience depression, stress, phobia or anxiety to access information and take up opportunities available in their community by matching them with one of our trained volunteers. |
